KL-17 Water Repellant
Top quality water repellant for brick, masonry and concrete. KL-17 is a non-flamable solution that must be applied at temperatures above 40 degrees Fahrenheit. One coat application will last 5-9 years. Dries in 24 hours. Concentrated - mix with 3-parts water. Quart makes 1 gallon, Gallon makes 4 gallons, 5 gallon makes 20 gallons. Also available in 55 gallon drums. Coverage rate is 150 square feet per mixed gallon. Cleans up with soap & water.
